Since 2009, I have had the privilege of providing coaching, leadership development, and organizational strategies to a variety of people in different businesses. My mission is to help leaders achieve more than they thought possible, by helping them stretch out of their comfort zones. I love to provide value to those I engage with by connecting them to new ideas or people so they can see success in their lives professionally and personally.
With a background in organizational leadership and twenty years of working with teams and executives, I have experience in coaching others to new and greater heights while engaging them with their core purpose. I am a student of the human transformation process and have had the privilege of facilitating many life-transforming events from trips to developing countries to multiple week-long backcountry trips. I have served on executive teams and board of directors and helped organizations overcome obstacles. My life motto and what I want you to know more than anything else is “There is more in you than you think”. This motto is taken from Kurt Hahn, a patriarch of experiential education.
My approach to coaching is a one-on-one experiential education opportunity where you control how far and how fast we go. The role I play in the relationship is to not generate solutions; remember more is in YOU than you think. My role is to encourage, challenge, and most of all explore new perspectives as you shift your realm of potential. I am committed to being fully present and supportive, asking powerful questions, and holding you accountable in ways that are productive to your growth.
